Victoriano Huerta was the president (or maybe rather, dictator) of Mexico from February 18, 1913 to July 15, 1914.

I found this photo printed on The New-York Tribune issue July 16, 1914 (The Library of Crongress, newspapers, Cronicling America). Above is written: MEMBERS OF THE FIRST CABINET FORMED BY HUERTA (1) Gen. Huerta, (2) Francisco [León] de la Barra, Minister of Foreign Affairs (right hand to Huerta's), (3) Rudolfo Reyes (right hand to Reyes'), (4) García Gernados [Granados], Minister of the Interior (left hand to Huerta's), (5) Esquirol [Esquivel] Obregon, Minister of Finance (behind de la Barra), (6) Manuel Mondragon, Minister of War (left hand to Esquivel´s), (7) Vera Estanel [Estañol], Minister of Instuction (benind Huertas' left hand) and (8) Robles Gil (minister of Public Works (behind Garcia Granados. This picture was probably taken on November 15, 1913, because in that paper, below the picture is another entitled: HUERTAS LATER CABINET ABOUT ONE MONTH AGO. chroniclingamerica.loc.gov/lccn/sn83030214/1914-07-16/ed-... Thank you so much jerodamor, for finding the image in our newspaper collection. We'll add the names and see if we can narrow down the date range for this image next time we modify the record.
