Thanks Infrogmation. We'll fill in the name, and add the date on the negative, "Aug. 12, 1913," next time we update the record. The library has some great political cartoons featuring this man. An example is titled "A peace lesson for Huerta."

Edgar Z. Steever was promoted to Brig. General in August 1912 and Gen. Huerta became president of Mexico in Feb 1913. The titles given in the caption suggests photo between those dates. Joaquín Téllez was governor of the Mexican state of Sonora.
