I think the front row features (L to R) a captain, a colonel, a brigadier-general, and a major, so that's a start.... I can't see any rank insignia on the naval men - are they Royal Navy or Merchant Marine? EDIT: The three buttons across the end of the sleeve seems to indicate the rank of midshipman

Monday 10 May 1915 according to this Australian report two days later via Trove - trove.nla.gov.au/newspaper/article/134408418 FUNERAL SERVICE QUEENSTOWN, May 10. Ninety-two victims of the Lusitania disaster were buried with a service unparalleled in history and under a sky without a cloud. The strains of hymns which British soldiers played were heard while the dead were laid to rest two miles from Queenstown. The townspeople stood hatless while carts conveyed the coffins to the cemetery. This work required hours. When the funeral started the realisation suddenly came that in the Atlantic, only 20 miles away, there were over a thousand more bodies of victims to a German submarine. A band playing a funeral march headed the procession, which passed through the crooked streets of Queenstown and took a course along the undulating road, where thousands of people stood clustered. The Protestant and Roman Catholic clergy took a simultaneous part in the service. Behind them came the hearses, draped with British flags. American survivors and mourners succeeded, and next marched members of the Cork Corporation, attended by a company of marines and sailors from the British ships in harbor. Before the burial service was started a woman rushed to the side of the graves and asked to have a coffin lid raised. This was done. Tremblingly she bent over the casket and gazed at the face within. Then she shook her head and turned away. The order of service was Roman Catholic, Church of Ireland, and Nonconformist in that rotation. As the last words were spoken muffled drums were beaten and the strain of "Abide With Me" swelled forth. The flags of every vessel in harbor fluttered at half-mast. The majority of those interred had not been identified.
