Scribal error, should be G. Louis Boissevain, see The New York Times, November 18, 1915: FIFTY-MILE COACHING TRIP.; Horse Show Officials and Exhibitors Enjoy Drive to Westbury. Boissevain was a banker, see The New York Times, November 11, 1906: "Jewelry worth about $10,000 was stolen from the Mount Kisco residence of G. Louis Boissevain, a member of the banking firm of Kean, Van Cortlandt Co., of 30 Pine Street, on the night of Oct. 11. " In 1912, he was a director of the Columbia-Knickerbocker Trust Company (The sun., June 06, 1912, Image 15) He was born in Amsterdam (Holland) on Oct. 4, 1871 and died in New York on Apr. 25, 1924 (www.findagrave.com/cgi-bin/fg.cgi?page=gr&GRid=18514522)
