This photo is credited to Henry William Mobsby and it appeared on page 241 in the book Our First Half-Century printed in 1909. www.qgso.qld.gov.au/products/reports/our-first-half-centu... Page xiv in Index to Illustrations gives him credit for this photo.

Given the number of slides that coincide with postcards attributed to the photographs taken by Henry William Mobsby who was the official photographer for the Department of Agriculture and Stock (and attached to the Queensland Intelligence and Tourist Bureau) at this time, and who travelled to all of these towns during this era, I think it very likely these are all his images.
