    In the four years leading up to 1909, financier Edward H. Harriman built a big house. Several hundred yards north of the house was a high steel tower from which he hoped to be able to get a forty mile view on every side. Perhaps this is a drawing for the tower. Harriman's house was on Cranberry Lake.
