It's good to see her!

Except that Susan B. Anthony (1820-1906) would have been dead several years before this photo was taken, and very much older than this woman had she lived into the 1910s. The photo caption seems to refer to the banner's text, rather than to the woman carrying the banner.

Among the speakers was Mrs. S.A. Vibbert, who was 75.

The banner is for the Woman's National Wilson and Marshall Organization. The New York Times states that Mrs. J. Borden (Daisy) Harriman was the founder and chairman. They were active at least through the 1912 election. See: query.nytimes.com/gst/abstract.html?res=9805E2DB123CE633A...

"In her ninety-second year, U.S. President John F. Kennedy honored her by awarding her the first “Citation of Merit for Distinguished Service.” She often found herself in the middle of historic events. Must be Florence Jaffray Hurst Harriman (1870-1967), wife of banker J. Borden Harriman (d. 1914). Mrs. Harriman was a major Wilson supporter, first president of the Women's National Wilson and Marshall Organization (named on the banner shown). She also cofounded NYC's Colony Club, served on the US Commission on Industrial Relations, directed the Women's Motor Corps in France during WWI, participated in the Versailles Peace Conference, and was the US Ambassador to Norway (1937-1940). Wilson , Marshal has his Vice President, was elected President in 1912 and re-elected in 1916. He was a supporter of woman's suffrage and played a key role in the passage of the 19th amendment.

Since Woodrow Wilson was a supporter of the woman's right to vote, many women supported his election.
