The photo of the Rt. Hon. Sir George Reid probably dates from his visit to New York in September, 1912, as it is part of the Bain News Agency's 1912 photostream, and Bain's 1918 photos have not yet been posted on Flickr. (As I write this, it is September 2010, and LOC is currently posting Bain's 1914 output.)
