    No Wikipedia article. German pilot apparently, he piloted the Rohrbach Ro II in 1923 (a seaplane, so not the plane in the picture)

    Landmann is posing with an early Albatros, probably a B.I or B.II. Here's a B.I from San Diego Air & Space Museum Archives and a photo of a B.II at the Heeresgeschichtliches Museum, Vienna, by flickr member jens.lilienthal I think it's probably a version of the B.I, as the picture shows three sets of struts and the B.II had two sets per side. Engines varied in both types.
