Pfalz E.V

    It is a view of the Pfalz E.V monoplane (Eindecker). This monoplane type of Pfalz was completely different from the earlier rotary engine powered E.I till E.IV machines. The E.V was powered by an inline water cooled Mercedes D.I of 100 hp. Note the downward blowing exhaust pipe.
