If you look at the original print at the McCord Museum you can zoom in a bit more. One of the signs is for Dineens Furs. If you do a Google search for that store you can find an ad in the Jan 10th 1913 Toronto Sunday World newspaper saying it is located at 140 Yonge St Cor Temperence.
