Re the signage & building behind the Caledonian Hotel, my grandfather (Ormuz Cobb) worked for 'BROOMFIELDS Ltd' pre and post WW1. If there is anybody out there who has any information on 'Broomfields Ltd', I'd love to hear from you (cobby@iinet.net.au).

Really Interesting Photo. My husband's and children's direct ancestor, Sarah Boshell held the licence of the Caledonian until her death. Great to start building a picture of her life.
