We've lost a lot since these were taken - Manors Station should have remained imho. It's good though that we're now losing some of the awful concrete close to Swan House. Mind you, it could have been far worse - I've seen the original plans!

I remember the remains of the market until it was removed. For a while I couldn't get my head around the fact that cattle were sold in Newcastle..
