Couldn't find Lady Louisa on Wikipedia. Her father's and her husband's pages mention her as Lady Louisa Caroline. From this page I gather there was a part of the Munster Blackwater, that her father was responsible for (see entry under: Lismore Weir 1898). Jan Hilbrand Brink.

Eldest child of the 7th Duke of Devonshire, when her mother died in 1840 at age 28, Louisa, then only 14, took over the running of the household.
