    I believe this Frederick Parks the British Heavyweight boxer who fought in the 1908 Olympics. I came to this conclusion after considering the date and tags, but am not sure. The picture shows how much athletes have evolved, current heavyweight boxers are physically larger and muscular while, the boxers of old relied more on there technique. Very interesting.
