    That's what New York Public Library calls it

    NYPL reckons that it is in Massachusetts and puts it in "Stereoscopic views of Boston harbor and beaches and the Charlestown Navy Yard." The back indicates "Downer's Landing."

    This led me to
    Downer Landing, Boston Harbor
    from the Hingham Historical Society.

    Yes there was people and cars on both sides of the tracks There was a pedestrian bridge but they closed that bridge off years later
