    It is the Black Bull Hotel not the Bridge. It is an old coaching Inn that had a large stable to the rear. The street is Bridge Street. The photo may be a George Washington Wilson his archive is at Aberdeen University, photos he took all over the country between 1850 and 1908

    In the 1910 - 1915 time frame, there were plenty of towns with no automobiles. It isn't hard to believe that someone with the first car in town could make money this way. Two cents times the number of people on board, would be profitable, and several trips around the block would bring in real money. Now isn't that typical of Americans?
