beachcomber australia Super sleuth! Well spotted re the ferry, I wonder how Hall got to be on the Harbour Bridge at that time, a maritime photographer's dream.

beachcomber australia Thanks for spotting the duplicate with this photograph beachcomber, oops! Regarding Hall being in two places at the same time, we reckon either one may have been taken by an employee of Hall & Co, especially seeing as this is a c 1932 image which makes this theory seem likely as the Hall business would have been more established.

Ha! I now think it must have been a different occasion, as the boat moored alongside Bennelong Point (see note) is different in each photo.

Possibly taken at different times, but on the same day for the bridge opening? Probably too difficult to say for sure.
