Morris Levine, 212 Park Street. 11 years old and sells papers every day--been selling five years. Makes 50 cents Sundays and 30 cents other days. Location: Burlington, Vermont (LOC)

212 Park Street is a private home, presumably where Morris Levine lives. The building housing the Strong (movie theater in poster) was built in 1904 as a "legitimate" theater, and survived until 1970. See cinematreasures.org/theaters/20985 But the picture is probably elsewhere.

Its a shame that only one of these Victorian arcades (The Strand) has survived. At least we have these photographs to remind us how Sydney once was.
