This building is at 23 Wall Street, NYC. This is the side facing Broad Street.

According to this New York Times article (May 1, 1913) the demolition started on April 30, 1913 and was supposed to continue for forty days: query.nytimes.com/gst/abstract.html?res=9906E 0DA1F3AE633A...
