Albion Fellows Bacon (1865-1933; Albion was her first name, not her husband's--she was married to Hilary E. Bacon, a banker) was a "municipal housekeeper" or social reformer in Evansville, Indiana, best known for improving conditions in tenements, in child welfare policy, in city planning, and in public health.
