    Right you are, C B - thanks! This was confirmed via email by Schmidtville resident and heritage activist William Breckenridge, who notes he now lives in one of these houses. According to neighbourhood stories, the 3-story house is 18 Clyde Street which was demolished in the late 1950s after the 3rd floor collapsed with a baby still in its bed!
