This seems right, and he is "William George Bradley Craven, 5th Earl of Craven (31 July 1897 – 15 September 1932".) The photo is dated 7/17/15, and "Viscount Uffington" is crossed out. There is a Times article on 7/12/15 noting the arrival of the 18 year old (and slightly built) Viscount Uffington, 18 years old and on his way to join the Territorial Army in Bermuda. (maybe he's taking his own rifle with him?) He stated that he was leaving New York in 5 days. He was the son of the 4th Earl and his American wife, Cornelia Martin.
