Harjas Kaur Hi there! Thanks for your suggestion, it certainly seems like the right type of house - however, some of the architectural details don't quite line up, like the railing and the shape of the front windows. We think this is probably somewhere outside of Halifax.

Is it the Mitchell (?) house on Tower just up from Inglis…sadly gone now?

Maybe South Park St at Inglis, before Young Ave.

In 1923 we switched to driving on the right side of the road. Same with the steering wheel switching to the left side. Although blurry, it looks like this car has the steering wheel on the left side and is driving on the right... so I'm thinking it must be after 1923

this looks like Rainbow Haven beach in Cow Bay back in the 60/70s

Pictou Lodge I believe. Just got married there this summer. Same cabins, same enclosed front decks and I believe at the end there by the treeline in the background of the picture is the water.
