    This looks more like Richmond from Beeston Hill. Little Princess did not have that stack. It was at the electric company. Also the reef looks too far out to be Little Princess.

    This looks like Estate Little Princess, currently owned by the Nature Conservancy. They've done some work, but it's still mostly just a nature preserve. Both buildings now house offices and interns, and use solar electricity and solar heated water. There's also a reforestation project and natural wastewater treatment.
