Norwegian tennis player Anna Margarethe "Molla" Bjurstedt Mallory (1884-1959): en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Molla_Mallory Apparently she's "the only woman other than Chris Evert to have won the U.S. Championships four consecutive times."

In New York in March, 1915 to play in the Women's National Indoor Tennis Tournament at the Seventh Regiment Armory (Park Avenue Armory), where this photo was probably taken.
