    Who is that in the front of the car with the same hat ? It would appear to be someone called Lord Gifford, there is another photo of the Bridge opening and there are two guys with similar hats in that.

    Your photo caption is more informative. Lord Gifford is Sir Philip's aide-de-camp. The very similar photo at wikipedia doesn't say that. Curious how a common knight has a Lord as aide-de-camp, not sure how that works.
