In the following shot (catalogue.nli.ie/Record/vtls000593246) you can see the noticeboard on the left. It's not legible, even with a fair bit of faffing about, so I don't know why it's been obscured in this photo. Maybe the original negative is quite large and it says something defamatory.

Nice group photo, this one was taken at the back of the court house in Catherine Street, Waterford. I wonder what the occasion was? Presumably thats Inspector Hetreed seated in the centre front with two head constables seated to his left. W.P.C. Hetreed lived close by at South Parade, Waterford, here's the census return for the family www.census.nationalarchives.ie/pages/1911/Waterford/Water...
