TAFT!!

Taft attended a reception at City College in New York for Dr Alexis Carrel, who had won the Nobel Prize for medicine in 1912. The event took place on on Nov 16, 1912. The event was hosted by the President of the City College of New York Dr. John H. Finley. Perhaps the caption should read Dr. Finley not "D.R. Finley". Finley was the 3rd President of City College of NY, serving as President 1903 to 1913.
