    DANCE AT OLD ROSS.
    The dance, organised by Miss Thompson, Carnagh House, and held at Old Ross, under the auspices of the United Irishwomen's Association was very largely attended and a very successful and enjoyable function. Mr. Dwyer, junior, Heath Park House, proved a very efficient M.C., and the music was excellently rendered by Messrs Hugh O'Connor and James Howlett, New Ross. The ladies' committee in charge of the catering acquitted themselves most creditably in the discharge of their duties.
