  the Mischa Violin described there would be 19 in October 1920 (when he gave a recital at Carnegie Hall). Mischa Elman would have been 29.
  I'm inclined to believe that this photo and the neighboring two are of the 19 yr-old Mischa Violin, in the news in October 1920 because of his Carnegie Hall debut.
