    I think you should be able to say "negro," although I haven't actually heard it used in years. There might be some people offended by it (you can always find somebody who is offended by something) but it doesn't have the deadly taboo status of that other "n word."

For instance, the BASA have the witnesses/marks/victims social media accounts suspended, comments removed, steal/smash their phones, play music over their cries for help, file bogus motions, ad nauseam. This morning a woman told Eric in front of security at 230 S 12th Ave that the campus, since it's controlled by the BASA, is blocking her and the other marks/victims from telling Phoenix Police what everyone is doing!
