This pic was taken in the grounds of the Medlow Bath Hydropathic Establishment, in the Blue Mountains...the railway line is over to the right...the Belgravia Hotel (then part of the Hydro complex) is in the background...the casino/ballroom is more or less out of view to the left (here we only get to see the brick archways at the entry level and the shadow cast by the parapet)... Just going on the digitised newspapers, I gather the name 'Hydro Majestic' came into use in about 1906...so it might well have been known as the 'Hydro Majestic' at the time this pic was taken... trove.nla.gov.au/newspaper/article/164909488/16884764 - this pictorial feature on the Medlow Bath Hydropathic Establishment appeared in the Sydney Mail, 20th July, 1904...a few weeks after it opened...the panorama taken from the railway side (see 2nd page of link) puts you in the picture re the location...I've discovered that there are surprisingly few historical pics of the Hydro Majestic up on Trove or Flickr...
