Boughton, Judge Advocate of the Military District of Colorado, was subpoenaed to appear in New York City before the Federal Commission on Industrial Relations, before a committee investigating the Ludlow Massacre. en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Ludlow_Massacre Vancise, Boughton, and Danks coauthored the official report on the massacre, made to the Governor of Colorado.
