Mr. Warters (1940-2007) worked at Rohr for 33 years.

In April 1988, he was promoted to, "...director of program management. He is responsible for Rohr’s General Electric, McDonnell Douglas MD-11 pylon, quiet nacelle and 727 reengining programs. An Allegany, N.Y. native who now lives in Chula Viste, Warters also joined Rohr in 1965. He earned his B.S. in aeronautical engineering from Tri-State University in Angola, Ind."
