How many different styles of architecture can you work into one building? The interior of that building is breathtaking ( see: worthington-photography.com/blog/wp-content/uploads/2008/... ), but the exterior looks like it was designed by a committee. :)

The view is likely taken from the area of the Lower Barrakka Gardens or St Barbara Bastions, looking towards Fort St Elmo and Fort Sant Angelo across the water.
