I love all the trees in front of the castle in this pic, I would love to see them plant more up front again. I don't like the new crazy paving they have their now, its totally unatural, you just wouldn't find that back in those days. It looks to out of place.

In 1891 the manager of the Ulster Bank, Donegal, was a Mr Stewart (from a list of wedding present donors in Londonderry Sentinel - Tuesday 24 November 1891) He had just taken over from Henry Montgomery Linn, Esq. who retired at the beginning of the month, and was given a Purse of Sovereigns as a leaving gift (Derry Journal - Wednesday 04 November 1891)

Samuel Stewart seems to have been manager of the Ulster Bank Donegal, until his sudden death on August 8, 1922. (notice in Londonderry Sentinel - Thursday 10 August 1922).
