Interesting selection of what would now be considered classic cars here. Mainly NI or UK reg too with just one local reg, EZP, that I can make out. Nice Rover P5 out towards the pier...probably not local. Couple of Hillman Avengers too and Mk 1 Escorts, Renault 12 in saloon and estate versions, Hillman Hunter, Sunbeam (as it would have been then) Alpine, Capri, a couple of Cortinas (Mk 2 saloon and Mk4 estate), Peugeot 404, a Morris Marina and Yayyy...a Fiat 126 Bambino! Do I get a prize beachcomber australia ?

The car in the central background with split windscreen and the one one the right side (headlights) are clues. More obvious than uniform collars.

CASSIDY PHOTOGRAPHY You may be right but cars could be around for 30 years whereas the collars changed on a specific date and thereafter the Gardai had an open revere to their tunic with a collar and tie!
