This Henry Bacon, though, is "Henry Bacon, ex-congressman and head of the Orange County Bar Association", who assisted Gagan in prosecuting Cleary.

Though this photo is dated April, 1915, it probably is from the December, 1914 murder trial, as Bacon died on March 25, 1915.
