Here is article from Feb 7, 1913: "One of the evening papers printed an Albany dispatch recently to the effect that Mrs. William Sulzer, wife of our present Governor, has failed to receive a number of gifts sent to her by admirers through the parcel post. According to the news item, Mrs. Sulzer intends to bring the matter to the attention of the Post Office Department.
