In 1926, production of the Overland ended and the marque was replaced by the Whippet brand of small cars. In the economic depression of the 1930s a number of Willys automotive brands faltered. Dateswise, Crotty's buildings are not on the 25", surveyed in 1905. A reverse streetview shows that this site is built up today, one of the buildings even having a rounded corrugated roof like Crotty's, so I think this shot is later than 1905.
