Dateswise, Crotty's buildings are not on the 25", surveyed in 1905. A reverse streetview shows that this site is built up today, one of the buildings even having a rounded corrugated roof like Crotty's, so I think this shot is later than 1905.

In 1926, production of the Overland ended and the marque was replaced by the Whippet brand of small cars. In the economic depression of the 1930s a number of Willys automotive brands faltered.
