At the NIAH: built in 1867 to designs by William White and later extended by James Brooks The DIA dates the extensions to 1873-77: additional storey on N wing and circular tower at end of stable block. The circular tower must be the big one, so we are after 1877.

No-one home in the 1911 census except the housekeeper and her daughters. Form B1 says the estate belongs to W.H. Hume, hence the name I suppose. Eliza Miley is housekeeping in 1901 too.

I think it is a Model T Ford (1907+ in Ireland ?). I don't remember ever seeing one with landaulet coachwork. Rear seat high up in a separate cabin with convertible roof. Mutton dressed as lamb? en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Landaulet_(car)
