  7/2/18. Not spooky at all! This house is absolutely gorgeous and painstakingly maintained and groomed. It is somewhat obscured from street view as trees have grown a lot, but you can still get a good look.

  Possibly the "Synnott" is the founder (or son of) of John A. Sinnott which is around since 1865.

  I didn't see a matching Sinnott, Synnot or Synott in the census either, so if he's spelt wrong, it's in some quite random fashion.
