    Geneva had devastating tornadoes in 1955 and 1983, but the glass plate makes me think this was earlier than either.

    In 2007 prior to the 2nd Tacoma Narrows Bridge being officially opened to motor vehicles, they held a run finishing and ending on the bridge with all the participants receiving a 'I Ran the Span' T-shirt.
