It's strange that there is not much online about this house, even in the history of Tollymore - en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Tollymore_Forest_Park#History But here is a possible earliest date sighting - there is a 'similar item' of the "Barbican Gate" showing a jaunting car with a nameplate with "1898" or maybe "1893" carved into it.
