  Thornleigh Creek in south Queensland starts below Mount Battery at an elevation of 374m and ends at an elevation of 204m flowing into the Barcoo River. The Thornleigh Creek drops around 170m over its 340km length. The Thornleigh Creek flows into Nine Mile Waterhole (209m) on its way to joining the Barcoo River. 6 creeks and rivers flow into the Thornleigh Creek.
