What a jolly, elegant couple! They must have been stars of cultural New York for a time. . . . I love her costume--simply beautiful! I see she was the official expedition photographer on his exploring trip to Central Asia, in 1921. I see from the Wikipedia on him that he divorced her in 1930. Gentleman with the boater has a motorcycle, EI-15, a Sligo reg, so certainly after registrations introduced in 1903. In the 1914-15 directory at lennonwylie dot co dot uk, it is registered to a Wm Ferguson, Manor Street, Belfast.
