Transcription of the handwritten note: "A copy of the HO (Home Office) letter marked 4B is attached and was sent to the Director of Public Prosecutions. The complainant – Alfred Solomon – is a dangerous & violent person and is the last person on this world to want protection. On the 14th February 1921 he was charged with welshing (11 cases) at Windsor & the matter was dismissed … and pay £10 damages & £2.50 costs. On the 27.4.21 he was acquitted at the CCC for shooting & wounding a man named Kimber with who he had quarrelled, the defence being that it was an accident. On the 6.7.1923 he was again acquitted at the CCC for … & occasioning bodily harm, accused with others. On 18th Nov 1924 at the CCC he was sentenced to 3 years PS for manslaughter. On this occasion he was charged with murdering a CRO man named Hendon @ Blitz and further charged with the attempted murder of another person. Such is a part of his history and I do not think we should take any notice of his complaint."

In case one has ever wanted to know how or what happens when someone investigates themselves, this is what should be submitted as evidence.
