    Rosalie Miller using what appears to be a music typewriter. I've been unable to identify the model – and there were only a handful c.1918, so perhaps this is not a music typewriter. While there are many sources ... the one I've found more appropriate to music typewriters is from Music Printing History.

    Nicely done Art Siegel!   It's just like you! ;) I love the photograph by César Astudillo! It's so interesting that there were these "featherweight" typewriters early on, and they seemingly just became bigger and heavier through the years. And the similarity between the Blick's rotating type wheel (1910) and IBM Selectric's type balls 50 years later is amazing. (Blick offered 170 different type wheels according to the ad you found!) As an aside, while searching earlier for music typewriters I noted that "type writer" appears to have begun as two words... and followed the usual sequence of becoming hyphenated and then one word -- albeit over a relatively short timeline.
